As a ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant for ITS Partners, you will have direct access to other talented individuals who possess their own set of superpowers. A Day in the life of a Senior Technical Consultant at ITS Partners:

Participate in all technical aspects of project and solution delivery including:

        • Serve a key member of implementation project teams
        • Configure and enhance ServiceNow
        • Turn business requirements into technical solutions
        • Interact with customer business and technical team members in person and via remote meetings
        • Solve technical challenges across multiple complex projects at a time
        • Configure all aspects of ServiceNow (Workflow, UI, client scripts, business rules, etc.)
        • Develop integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc.)
        • Prepare all client-facing and internal technical deliverables
        • Drive continuous improvements to increase delivery efficiency and quality
        • Collaborate with our technical team to develop next-gen platform technologies

Superpowers we are looking for:

      • Solid JavaScript skills
      • Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, Web Services, etc.)
      • Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL etc.
      • Strong communication skills (active listener, think before acting, superb verbal and writing skills)
      • Demonstrated consulting aptitude (understanding of business drivers behind technology, problem solver, attention to detail, resourcefulness, not afraid to ask questions, etc.)
      • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
      • Experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, Angular JS, Web Services, etc.) and developing with JavaScript on the ServiceNow platform
      • ServiceNow Systems Administrator certification preferred (CSA)
      • Implementation Specialist certification preferred
      • Broad experience implementing the following Core Process Areas: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, CMDB, Knowledge
      • 3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow and have a comprehensive understanding of the ServiceNow enterprise product suite (including core process areas in ITSM, plus others such as ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, SECOPS)
      • Experience working with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools in a virtual environment.
      • A passion for advising and guiding customers on how to get the most out of the product and for learning the latest product features.

      • Professional services experience
      • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
      • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
      • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
