How your superpowers will be used:
Our Engagement Managers will be the main point of contact for orchestrating the delivery of the ServiceNow engagements. The Engagement manager will use their organizational skills to deftly manage and engage all stake holders towards driving successful outcomes. ITS Partners specializes in these areas; Asset, CMDB, Security Incident, Vulnerability Response, ITSM and ITOM.
A Day in the life of an Engagement Manager at ITS Partners:
- Participate in all aspects of project and solution delivery including:
- Assist key members of implementation project teams
- Turn business requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in Project Management and ServiceNow enablement
- Assist with project governance and scope
- Interact with customer business and technical team members in person and via remote meetings
- Solve project and people challenges across multiple complex projects at a time
- Prepare key client facing and internal project documentation
- Drive continuous improvements to increase delivery efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with technical team and sales team to develop and enhance delivery methodologies
Superpowers we are looking for:
- 2-4 years of experience as a Engagement Manager/Project Manager on delivery engagements in client environments
- Strong communication skills (active listener, think before acting, superb verbal and writing skills), tact, succinct, professionalism, able to speak to multiple levels of an organization
- Able to analyze and improve processes to create efficiencies in delivery
- Embracing a travel ready culture with travel of up to 50%
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Engagement Manager/Project Manager on delivery engagements in client environments
- ServiceNow experience preferred
- ServiceNow Systems Administrator certification preferred (CSA)
- ITIL experience or certification a
- Demonstrated consulting aptitude (understanding of business drivers behind technology, problem solver, attention to detail, resourcefulness, not afraid to ask questions, etc.)
- A Project Management Certification: Scrum Master, Agile, PMP
Superpowers that are nice to have:
- A Project Management Certification: Scrum Master, Agile, PMP
- ServiceNow experience preferred
- ServiceNow System Administrator certification preferred (CSA)
- ITIL experience or certification
